No. Coaching is not therapy — and it’s not a substitute for it. I’m not here to diagnose or treat mental health conditions. What I offer is goal-oriented coaching with a focus on mindset, accountability, and moving forward. If something comes up that feels better suited for therapy, I’ll always refer out.

I work with people who are ready to start showing up differently — even if they’re not fully sure how. You don’t have to be in crisis, and you don’t need to have it all figured out. Some clients are navigating recovery or big life changes. Some are just stuck and want a clear, honest space to get moving again.

Not at all. A lot of my experience is rooted in recovery work, so I absolutely connect with folks in early recovery or post-treatment. But I also work with people outside of that — people going through transitions, burnout, restlessness, or who just want to live more intentionally.
